Tim Jedeur-Palmgren
Introducing myself.
I’m an Art Director with experience from Start-ups, in-house, freelance, and running my own agency.
I’ve lead global campaigns, implementing innovative strategies for digital and print, and developed clear company guidelines. With experience in team leadership, I aspire to work creatively in a close-knit team to produce impactful projects.
My background is from producing, starting out in fashion photography, picking up new skills and learnings along the way.
Experiences.
-
Head creative at a Swedish rainwear fashion brand. Working closely together with the Creative
Director to take the brand out of the archipelago and into the city.Creating a brand guideline for us to follow on all touchpoints. With versatile work from leading global campaign strategies to creating our digital ads.
-
Leading the creative team and setting the brand guidelines for most of the visual and communicative material. For example; launching a new website, product renderings, larger video productions, and communication narrative for new markets.
-
Starting out in fashion photography, and soon after moved more into motion and animation. Some of the clients I’ve worked with are Klarna, SVT, and Brio.
-
Co-founded an ad agency in the south of Sweden. My role was overseeing, directing, and creating all of our motion and photography-based projects.
1: Stutterheim
Stutterheim is a Swedish premium rainwear brand celebrated for its minimalist design and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Since joining Stutterheim, my primary focus has been to evolve the brand's visual identity from an "archipelago-dweller" style to a more urban, street-wear aesthetic.
Through refreshed art direction, we’ve highlighted Stutterheim’s dedication to functional luxury, seamlessly blending timeless quality with a bold, street-inspired edge.

2: Vässla
As the Creative Lead and Art Director at Vässla, I played a key role in shaping and championing the company’s visual identity. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, I crafted a cohesive and vibrant aesthetic that truly captured Vässla’s values and vision.
A highlight of my time at Vässla was spearheading our rebranding initiative. Through in-depth market research, we gained valuable insights into our audience’s preferences, guiding us to make thoughtful, impactful design choices.
Beyond the rebrand, I led the creation of diverse marketing assets—from video production and 3D visualizations to print materials, social media graphics, and our website design.
My work at Vässla significantly strengthened the brand's visual impact, and I’m incredibly proud of the lasting influence it had on the company's growth and identity.
3: Southfork Agency
I met Georg at a music video shoot I was directing for a Drag artist I know by the name Guy Elle. Georg was going to be the “Boy-Toy”-extra that gets tied up in a Versace scarf and gets his abs scratched by long acrylic nails. He did not know this, the artist had just asked him to help out at a video-shoot. And he agreed.
He showed up happy, said “hell yeah” to the script, suggested the shoot would be better if he got to shave his legs. After the shoot we got to talking, we were both freelancers in Malmö within the creative field, and said that it would be fun to start something together.
Not long after that first shoot we started Guerrilla Collective a creative group, with one foot in creative work, and one in music management.

We signed a couple independent rap-artists and did our best to promote them… the thing no-one told us is that rap-artist tend to be quite, for lack of better words, “flakey”. One got a kid and wanted to focus on that, one found god and wanted to leave the music scene behind, and one just straight up left the country.
So there we were, a music label, without any artists.
We shifted, and instead became an ad agency named Southfork Agency.
During the time we ran the agency we worked with clients like Klarna, SVT, Brio and Blixten&Co
4: Freelance
I’m not quite sure how to start this segment, I’ve freelanced with different types of creative work since 9th grade. Started by taking headshots for my classmates for candy, moving up to shooting images at the local club, did some wedding photography.
In later years some things I’ve worked on:
VFX for various television series, like the making the intro for Så Mycket Bättre, a big swedish TV-show.
3D Visuals for Rivalry, an American E-sports betting site.
Animation and editing for the TV-show Din Hjärna on Swedish public service.
Promotional material for various artist and shows.
